Jürgen Gaisberger
Head of Investment Analysis and OperationsFollowing his graduation from the HTL (Higher Technical Institute) for Electrical Engineering Jürgen joined the Hereschwerke Group. As project manager he was responsible for the management of large international projects. Since the enso Group was founded, he has been responsible for investment analysis and fund modeling. In addition, he leads the "Operations" team in the context of asset management and is operationally responsible as managing director of various subsidiaries. As part of due diligence reviews, Jürgen and his team are responsible for all technical feasibility studies and the coordination of external technicians as well as the evaluation of the results.
Omar Avdic
Infrastructure InvestmentOmar, graduate of Graz University of Technology, Institute of Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics and Energy Technology, has been part of the enso team since 2021. He works as an analyst in the areas of portfolio and project modeling, due diligence processes and project evaluations/feasibility studies. As a native speaker, he especially looks after the markets in Southeast Europe.
Swapnil Deshmukh
Infrastructure InvestmentSwapnil Deshmukh has been part of the enso team since 2023. After studying Mechanical Engineering at Pune University, Ahmednagar, India, he came to Austria in 2021 to complete his Master's degree in Sustainable Energy Systems at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. Swapnil wrote his master's thesis on the topic of "Sustainable Development" in cooperation with the Linz Center of Mechatronics. With his project "Integrating the tensegrity structure for Agriculture and Solar photovoltaics" he also won the "ESA Technology Transfer Competition" of the European Space Agency in 2022. At enso Group, he is responsible for project management in the field of renewable energy and decarbonization projects.
Elisabeth Sedlatschek
Head of FinanceElisabeth Sedlatschek has many years of experience in senior finance roles at two European corporations and brings in-depth expertise in process optimization, internationalization, and digitalization in finance. As Head of Finance and part of the extended management team, she is responsible for the financial management of the enso Group as well as the standardization and automation of internal processes.
With her background in corporate accounting, controlling, and business process management, she combines strategic thinking with operational excellence. Thanks to her international experience and strong understanding of modern financial structures, she makes a significant contribution to the strategic development and future-oriented alignment of the enso Group.
Elisabeth Sedlatschek studied corporate accounting and auditing, controlling, and business process management. This broad-based education forms the basis for her ability to combine financial stability with innovative digital solutions.
Mariella Nadeje
Marketing | PR | ComplianceMariella graduated in International Business and Business Administration at the University of Innsbruck and Maastricht and joined our team in 2022 as assistance to the management with the main focus on marketing and compliance.
In her professional career so far, Mariella has gained extensive and specific experience in energy sales, controlling and product marketing working at two main Austrian energy suppliers.
