Lindåna

The project Lindåna was sold as part of the fund strategy.

The hydroelectric power plant at Lindåna, located in the south of Norway in the Aust-Agder province, has been operating since April 2011. 4.4 GWh of electricity are generated annually with an installed capacity of 1.5 MW.

The power plant has a catchment area of roughly 17 km2 and a net head of 126m. About 18 million Norwegian Kroner were invested in this project. The power plant was built over a 9-month period as of receipt of the construction permit.

Since its start of operation the power plant has been feeding into the local grid without any noteworthy disruptions. Due to complete automation and remote servicing of the facility operating expenditure was reduced to a minimum.
